We had a Wheelchair Accessible room with a good view and balcony, which was important. Coffee & tea makers and glassware were a nice touch. - the location was unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from a Striking 2000-Year-Old Temple.

The location here is fantastic, just a short walk from a cool 2000-year-old temple 😊. The twin room has all the basic stuff you need. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help at any point.

The hotel is amazing, has particularly good views and unbeatable location short walk to the local sites and all the important monuments in the center of Rome by foot. Everyone who works in the property is outstandingly accommodating and incredibly kind. The rooms are outstanding and comfy with central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV.

We loved the hotel, it was great. the location was magnificent, not far from the Roman Forum and Colosseum. - Our room had an electronic key card, a work desk, and tea and coffee making facilities. - the best part was the good view of the street.

This is an urban fairly clean hotel providing reasonably spacious rooms. The staff is amiable, excellent.

The location of this hotel is perfect for sightseeing, with several key attractions within easy walking distance. There are also a wide variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. The family room was a great size and comfortably accommodated all of us. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was given its central location.

The breakfast was basic and the hot drinks service was a little slow when we visited. There were also limited plug sockets in the room, which was a bit frustrating.

our stay at Hs 311 was amazing! The location was perfect, just minutes away from the coliseum and forum. The room had a double and 2 single beds, which was a big plus for our family. Despite being in the heart of the hustle and bustle, it was remarkably quiet. The basic breakfast was enough to start our day.

Elevator access to the 2nd floor was indirect.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel as it was located perfectly for exploring all the sights that the city has to offer. We were close to the center and several nice restaurants where we could enjoy great Italian food. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was good and it provided us with enough energy to start our day. We appreciated the fact that the hotel had a fridge, as we could keep our drinks cold during the hot days.

There was a bit of noise outside of the hotel that made it difficult to sleep at times.
